APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Manchester City Council on 31 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Unit 2, Store 3, Manchester Arndale, Manchester M4 3AQ to vary the layout of the premises to allow self-service checkouts in accordance with the submitted plans; to remove the current Premises Licence conditions and replace with updated conditions.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 28 August 2026. Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk
The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. For further details e-mail premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
