Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Counter M2 Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Counter, 7 Ridgefield, Manchester, M2 6EG.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The retail sale of alcohol between 10:30 and 23:30 7 days per week for consumption on and off the premises,
2. The provision of indoor late night refreshment between 23:00 and midnight 7 days per week
3. Opening to the public between 08:30 and midnight 7 days per week
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 26th August 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council by appointment only or on the council’s website - www.manchester.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
