Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for Moon under Water, 16 Bath Road, Cheltenham, GL53 7HA.

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence as follows:-

1. To extend the terminal hour for the Sale of Alcohol on Sundays to Wednesday until 01:00

2. To extend the terminal hour for Late Night Refreshment on Sundays to Wednesday until 01:30

3. To extend all regulated entertainment on Sunday to Wednesday until 01:30

4. To extend the opening hours on Sunday to Wednesday until 01:30

The application also seeks to remove and replace condition i) in Anex 2 of the Premises Licence.

A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Glos, GL50 9SA or email licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk. Written representations must be received no later than 26th August 2026

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
