What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 433 Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton-Cum-Hard, Manchester, M21 8AU.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday. Premises Opening Hours are 24 Hours Monday to Sunday. Please see application for full details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 26th August 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.manchester.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
