Kelvin Parade, 6 Kelvin Parade, Orpington, Kent BR5 2HP. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption Off The Premises Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales – Monday To Saturday 06:00 – 00:00 hours and Sunday 07:00 to 00:00 hours.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing, stating the grounds of the objection to Licensing, Civic Centre, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS or by email at
licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than 27TH August 2026. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours by appointment; or on the Council’s website www.bromley.gov.uk (search applications).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of
conviction is currently unlimited.
