Notice is given that Sunderland City Council has applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Performances of Dance) - Friday and Saturday (14:00 - 23:30)
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (film) - Friday and Saturday (14:00 - 23:30)
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Live Music) - Friday and Saturday (14:00 - 23:30)
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) – Friday and Saturday (14:00 - 23:30)
Provision of Late Night Refreshment - Friday and Saturday (23:00 - 23:30)
Sale by Retail of Alcohol - Friday and Saturday (14:00 - 23:30)
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA.
A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall. Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing
no later than 26th August 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
