NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Riverside Hospitality Garstang Ltd has applied to Wyre Council for a new Premises Licence at Riverside Tap House, Garstang Sports & Social Club Off, High Street, Garstang, Preston PR3 1EB.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music, late night refreshment from 11:00 to 23:00 on Monday – Thursday and 11:00 to 24:00 on Friday and Saturday and 10.15am – 23:00 on Sunday
Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton le Fylde, FY6 7PU or via

licensing@wyre.gov.uk

by 28 th August 2026.
The application record may be viewed at the council offices or website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, punishable by an unlimited fine.
