NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: KFC, Fulmar Close, Forest Town, Mansfield
NG19 0HA. Notice is given that Marsdens Caterers of
Sheffield Limited has applied to Mansfield District Council
Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the
Licensing Act 2003. The licensable activities are: The
provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors)
23:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday. The opening hours of
the premises will be 09:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing
Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre,

Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, NG19 7BH. Rep-
resentations must be received no later than 25 August 2026.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during
normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence
under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level
5 on the standard scale.
