APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by The Century Sports Bar LTD to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as The Century Sports Bar LTD which are situated at Unit 1, Boston West Business Park, Sleaford Road, Boston, PE21 8EG.
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times:
Supply of Alcohol on the Premises
Monday - Sunday 10:00 hours until 21:30 hours
Hours Premises are open to the Public
Monday - Sunday 10:00 hours until 22:00hrs
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by 25 August 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
