Name of Applicant: Topgolf Limited. Address: Topgolf, Lancaster Road, Gateshead, NE11 9JR. Licensing Authority: Gateshead Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, NE8 1HH (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours) Licensing Authority Website: www.gateshead.gov.uk

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 0800 and 2400 daily for consumption on and off the premises.

2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.

3. The provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 26 August 2026.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
