What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as O'Neills, Station Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1ET applied to Watford Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon completion of the works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing. Please see application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX or by email licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than 19 August 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) at the address of the council, given above, between the hours 9.00am and 1.00pm Mondays and Fridays, 1.00pm and 5.00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and 11.00am and 5.00pm Wednesdays by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
