What is proposed?

Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Buckinghamshire Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Nando's, Unit LP4, Beaconsfield Services, Windsor Road, Beaconsfield HP9 2SE. The application includes the following terms: 1. Variation to change the layout of the premises in accordance with the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority to include a small extension of the premises and the licensed area. All other aspects of the premises licence remain the same. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed during normal office hours at the council offices of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA or at the Buckinghamshire Council website www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority by email to licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP19 8FF any time up to and including 20th August 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
