South Street - Application For Premises Licence

PUBLIC NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003

We, Moonshine Entertainment Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at the London Borough of Havering for the grant of a Premises Licence at Jukebox, 72-74 South Street, Romford, RM1 1NL to:

1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00-02:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00-03:30 and Sunday 11:00 to 02:00.
2. Permit Plays, Films, Indoor sporting events, live music, performances of dance, anything similar to live or recorded music or performances of dance Monday to Thursday 10:00-02:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00-03:30 and Sunday 11:00 to 02:00.
3. Permit recorded music Monday to Thursday 10:00-02:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00-04:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 02:00.
4. Permit late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23:00-02:00, Friday & Saturday 23:00-03:30 and Sunday 23:00 to 02:00.
5. Allow opening hours Monday to Thursday 10:00-02:30, Friday & Saturday 10:00-04:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 02:30.
6. Allow the premises the be open on notable days as applied.

The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk.

Such representation must be received in writing or by email to licensing@havering.gov.uk by 20/08/2026.

Representations received after this date will not be considered.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
