LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Starsky Investments Limited has applied to London Borough of Camden on 27 July 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at (Shadow licence) 110 Southampton Row London WC1B 4BL for the provision of Live Music Monday to Saturday 20:00 to 00:30 and Sundays 20:00 to 23:30, Facility for Making Music Monday to Sunday, 20:00 to 23:30, Recorded Music pre-booked events only as currently licensed under PREM-LIC\2475, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:30 and Sundays 23:00 to 00:30, and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 00:30, as more particularly set out in the application. The application is made on behalf of the landlord on the exact same terms as the current granted licence numbered PREM-LIC\2475.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority, 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE or by email to licensing@camden.gov.uk to be received by no later than 24 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
