NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Harley’s of Hampstead Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden on 24 July 2026 to vary the premises licence at Harley’s of Hampstead, “Oriel Hall”, Oriel Place, London, NW3 1QN so as to PART A add ‘on sales’ of alcohol and extend the permitted hours for on & off sales to 21:30 Monday to Sunday and opening hours to 22:00 Monday to Sunday PART B update the plans attached to the premises licence to reflect changes to the layout, as more particularly set out in the application and plans lodged with the Council.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team 5 Pancras Square c/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE to be received by no later than 21 August 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
