Low Green - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council (Richmondshire) to vary the Premises Licence for the Bay Horse at 38 Low Green, Catterick Village, North Yorkshire, DL10 7LP. The application includes the following terms:-
- To extend the terminal hour for licensable activities of retail sale of alcohol, Films, Indoor Sporting Event and Recorded Music until 01:00 hours daily.
- To permit Late Night Refreshment between 23:00 hours and 01:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
- To amend the children’s condition.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21st August 2026 (www.richmondshire.gov.uk)
