LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application toVary a Premises Licence TO ALLWHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the LicensingAct 2003 to vary a premises licence for Railway, 113 Station Road, Rainham, ME8 7SF.

The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence as detailed below:- 1.To extend the terminal hour for Sale ofAlcohol, Sunday toThursday 23:30, Friday and Saturday 00:30. 2. To extend the terminal hour for Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:30, Friday and Saturday 00:30. 3.To extend the Opening Times, Sunday to Thursday 00:00, Friday and Saturday 01:00.To add Thursday and Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday to the non standard timings. To add the following condition to the Premises Licence:- No external area associated with the premises, including any seating or drinking areas,shall be used by customers between the hours of 0000hrs and closing time on any day.A cordoned off area of the garden may be used for smokers only after midnight.

A person who wishes to make repre- sentations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Gravesham Borough Council, Civic Centre,Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent,DA12 1AU.Written representations must be received no later than 26th August 2026.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine. Dated 29th July 2026
