Mrs Selvi Selvaraj is applying for the NEW GRANT of a Premises Licence for 1 & 2 Abbey Walk, Church Street, Romsey SO51 8JQ

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off The Premises proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Everyday 06.00 to 00.00 hrs

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Manager, Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ

A copy of the application for the grant of the above license is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address or by email at licensing@testvalley.gov.uk  Tel: 01264 368013 within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 18th August 2026.

Note: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
