NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
The Alcoholery applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 21/7/2026 for a licence/certificate to use the premises at The Winery Willow Farm, Flatts Lane, Kingwell, Timsbury, Bath, BA2 0HJ The application is to; Increase opening hours for the sell and consumption of alcohol on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to 10.30pm (22.30).
Extend the licenced area to the area in front of the Winery building.
New opening hours to sell and consume alcohol:
Monday - Wednesday: 9am to 7pm (19:00)
Thursday to Saturday: 8am to 10.30 (22:30)
Sunday: 9am to 3pm (15:00).
