NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Hunky Dory Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald’s has applied to Bridgend County Borough Council on 30th July 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, Derwen, Bridgend, CF32 9SU for the provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

The Licensing Register may be inspected between 9.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays) at the:- Licensing Authority, Bridgend County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend, CF31 4WB

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@bridgend.gov.uk no later than 27th August 2026.

Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
