grant of a Premises Licence in

Old Market Square, Dartmouth
TQ6 9SE to allow on and off sales
of alcohol Monday to Saturday
11:00 to 23:00, Sunday 11:00 to
22:30 and opening hours Monday
to Saturday 11:00 to 23:30 and
Sunday 11:00 to 23:00.

viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at South Hams
District Council, Follaton House,
Plymouth Road, Totnes, South
Devon, TQ9 5NE or by email to
licensing@swdevon.gov.uk
A responsible authority or any
other person can make written
representations to the Licensing
Authority at any time up to and
including 26 August 2026. It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with this application,
the maximum fine on summary
conviction being unlimited.
