Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
We Kirlington Community Shop and Cafe Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Cherwell District Council on the 23rd July 2026 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Kirlington Community Shop and Cafe Ltd South Green Kirlington, OX5 3HJ from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 08:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at Licensing Authority Cherwell District Council 39 Castle Quay Banbury Oxfordshire OX16 5DD or online www.cherwell-dc.gov.uk/licensing. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above, or by email at licensing@cherwell-dc.gov.uk. The last day for representations being the 20/08/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
