Application for Variation of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

NNA Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority, Cheltenham Borough Council for variation of the premises licence for KFC, 100 High Street, Cheltenham GL50 1EG as follows: To extend permitted hours for Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0400 hours daily, and to include additional first floor customer seating in accordance with plans deposited with the Licensing Authority. Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to Cheltenham Borough Council, Licensing Team, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Glos. GL50 9SA or via email to licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk no later than 27 August 2026. The application can be inspected at the Council’s offices from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
