Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a New Premises Licence has been made
by Select Service Partner Limited for the premises known
as / situated at Café Local, Wigan Railway Station, Wigan
Wallgate, Wigan, Lancashire, WN1 1BB. The application
seeks to Authorise the sale of alcohol from 10.00-23.00
daily. The application may be inspected at the Licensing
Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1
1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday
to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from
the Council's website

Any person or
responsible authority may make representations about the
application no later than 26 August 2026. All
representations must be made in writing by the above date.
Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section,
PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to

licensing@wigan.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
