Snakes Lane - Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of Southend on Sea Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Leisure at Snakes Lane, Eastwood, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6UA.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To approve new layout plans for internal and external areas and expand the size of the licensed areas principally to include the indoor spa, spa garden and padel social areas for sale of alcohol and recorded music as per the drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority.
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00 and 16.00 on Mondays to Fridays or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or hcact2003@southend.gov.uk at any time up to and including 19 August 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
