LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Hawthorn Leisure Honey Limited has applied in respect of Keg & Thread, 423-425 Halliwell Road, Bolton, BL1 8DE for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To amend the opening hours and the hours when the premises is permitted for the Sale of Alcohol on Sunday mornings. The new hours shall be as follows: Opening Hours: Sunday 10:00 – 00:00 (currently 12:00 opening). Sale of Alcohol: (on and off sales) Sunday 10:00 – 23:30 (currently 12:00 start). All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application.

The application can be viewed at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. If you wish to inspect this application, please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk

Any representations to the Council regarding the application to be made during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council. The last day for representations to be made is 24 August 2026. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
