NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that Brecon Cricket Club has applied to Powys County Council for a club premises certificate in respect of Brecon Sports Association Ground, Brecon, Powys LD3 7HH.

The qualifying club activities applied for are the supply of alcohol to members and their guests for consumption on the premises. The record of this application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Powys County Council, County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys LD1 5LG during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make a representation about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, or by email to licensing@powys.gov.uk, by 01/09/2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
