Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that we, Kankudi Limited have applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a new premises licence on 16 July 2026 in relation to 439 Alexandra Avenue, Harrow HA2 9SE.

The proposed application is to permit Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol Sunday-Wednesday 12:00-03:00 day following and Thursday-Saturday 12:00-04:00 day following; Late Night Refreshment Sunday-Wednesday 23:00-03:00 day following and Thursday-Saturday 23:00-04:00 day following. Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays and further non-Standard days are also applied for, as set out in detail within the application.

All on such terms and conditions as proposed or may be agreed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation stating the grounds for making said representation concerning this application to London Borough of Harrow (Licensing), Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8FL or by emailing Licensing@harrow.gov.uk, on or before 13 August 2026. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.harrow.gov.uk and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
