THE FOLLOWING OPENING HOURS ARE APPLIED FOR: Monday to Sunday – 06:00 – 00:00.
ANYONE WISHING TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS TO THIS APPLICATION MUST GIVE NOTICE IN WRITING BY 24/08/2026

Within 28 days of the date of this notice specifying the grounds of your representation. Should any representations be received, members of the Licensing Committee will determine the application.
Any person who has made representation will be invited to attend the hearing, although all valid representations will be read and taken into consideration in the determination process.
The Council are required to copy all representations received in full (name, addresses & contact details) to the applicant. If you don’t wish your contacts to be passed on, please state that in your representation.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
