NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Brent Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises license by Japan Centre Retail Ltd in respect of Japan Centre Retail Ltd, 458 Heather Park Drive, Wembley HA0 1SS.

The details of the application are as follows: The licensable activity applied for is the Supply of Alcohol (Off the Premises) from 07:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday. The premises will operate as a small warehouse and distribution centre for an online retail and wholesale business specialising in Japanese food, beverages, household products, and other Japanese goods, including alcohol. The premises will not be open to the public for retail sales. Customers will place their orders online, and the warehouse will receive, pick, pack, and dispatch orders directly to customers through delivery services. In addition, the premises will operate a wholesale business supplying products, including alcohol, to other businesses. Alcohol will be stored securely on the premises for online sales and wholesale supply. No alcohol will be sold or served directly to customers at this location. The primary activities at the premises will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching online and wholesale orders. The business will operate on both a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) basis through its online platform and a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis through its wholesale operations.

Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9am and 4pm at Brent Council, Regulatory Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ or by visiting the authority's website: www.brent.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to the above address within 28 days of the date below. This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely 27th July 2026, for 28 consecutive days.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
