The application is for the following Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol for consumption On the Premises
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email licensing@rother.gov.uk not later than 26th August 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
Details of the above application may be viewed on the Licensing Register at the Council Offices or at www.rother.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; on summary conviction for the offence the maximum fine for which a person is liable is unlimited.
