NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mr Yekta Cetin has applied to the London Borough of Camden for a new of premises licence for 6 Hastings St., Sinclair House, London WC1H 9PZ for the supply of alcohol Monday to Saturday between 11:00 am – 23:00 pm and Sundays between 11:00 am – 22:00 pm on the premises.
The address of the licensing authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is Licensing Service, London Borough Of Camden, Town Hall Extension, Argyle Street, London, WC1H 8NJ or on the council`s website: www.camden.gov.uk. Any representations by an other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the licensing authority by 20.08.2026 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is £5000.
