What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KLS Prospects Ltd has applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Your Padel, Unit 2, Robert Bakewell Way, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 5AU.

The application seeks authorisation for the provision of indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises.

The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority at East Staffordshire Borough Council no later than 31 August 2026.

The application may be inspected by appointment at the offices of the Licensing Authority during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for such an offence.
