LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that DCBMAN Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council in respect of The Green, Grape Street, St John’s, Manchester for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), plays, films, recorded music, live music, performance of dance and anything similar to live/recorded music and performance of dance from 10:00 until 23:00 every day.
The premises is open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as part of a public realm space however, licensable activities to be limited as above.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the end of 20th August 2026 to: Manchester City Council Licensing Unit Level 2 Town Hall Extension PO BOX 532 Manchester M60 2LA or by e-mail to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Manchester City Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
