LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Station Coffee House Limited has applied to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: The Waiting Room, Prescot Railway Station, Bridge Road, Prescot, Merseyside, L34 5SY

The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 11:00 and 23:30 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Representations must be received no later than 18 August 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
