Notice of Application for the Grant of a
Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Tauseef Malik has applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Mr T’s, Unit 4, 373 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9LT.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:30 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 02:30 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Department of Place, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU, or by email to licensing@bradford.gov.uk, no later than 20 August 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting the council on the above details, on the council's website – www.bradford.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
