Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a temporary licence has been submitted in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 as undernoted:-

Proposed Activity
The entertainment will be a music festival involving live amplified music, a children’s funfair and various food and drink outlets.

Proposed Location Dates and Hours
Dumbarton FC football ground and adjacent land.
Sunday 27 September 2026
Outdoor Family orientated activities from 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm
Indoor Over 18’s only - 7.00 pm - 10.00pm

Any person wishing to submit an objection or representation in relation to this application should do so in writing to the undernoted by 18 August 2026 specifying the grounds of objection or, as the case may be, the nature of the representation.

Any letter of objection or representation should specify the name and address of the person making it and be signed by or on behalf of him/her.

Any objection or representation must be received by the Licensing Authority in writing, either by email to licensing@west-dunbarton.gov.uk or by letter addressed to the Clerk of the Licensing Committee, Council Offices, 16 Church Street, Dumbarton G82 1QL.
