I, Martin Summers Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council, for the grant of a premises licence at, River Cafe, Rock Channel, Rye TN31 7DE, and known as River Cafe.
The application is to:- Permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 13:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or email

licensing@rother.gov.uk

not later than 13th August 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Rother DC, Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX, during normal office hours or
