NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Mansour Gholami has applied to Bury Council for a premises licence for Pizza GoGo, 56 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 0JU as follows: To permit late night refreshment between the hours of 11pm and 4am daily. To include the following non-standard timings: From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. An additional hour on the day British Summer Time begins to disapply its effect. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ or viewed on the Council’s website: www.bury.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@bury.gov.uk no later than 21 August 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
