From Friday and Saturday 23:00 – 00:00, Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 23:30
To Every day 23:00 – 03:00 (delivery and drive-thru only after 00:00)
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council about this application until 18.08.2026 which should be sent to the following address: King William Street Town Hall BB1 7DY
