Notice Is Given That Mr Jaspal Singh Arora, of Spark, 125 Headstone Road, Harrow, HA1 1PG, has applied to The London Borough of Harrow, for a Variation to the current Premises Licence, to allow the following changes: Opening Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 00:00; Friday – Saturday 08:00 – 01:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 23:30. Retail Sale of Alcohol: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 00:00; Friday – Saturday 08:00 – 01:00; Sunday 10:00 – 23:30. Late Night Refreshment: Monday – Thursday 23:00 – 00:00; Friday –Saturday 23:00 – 01:00 and Sunday 23:00 – 23:30. Special Hours: Christmas Day 12:00 – 15:00 and 19:00 – 22:30; Good Friday 08:00 – 22:30.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must write to: The Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Forward Drive, Harrow, HA3 8FL, email: licensing@harrow.gov.uk. By 19/08/2026 and give reasons for their opposition. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence may be invited to attend a public hearing.
