Johal Supermarket - Variation of Premises Licence

Notice of Application for a Variation of the Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that JSN Retailers Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Redbridge Council for a variation of the premises licence for Johal Supermarket, 337/341 Green Lane, Seven Kings, Ilford, Essex, IG3 9TH to:

1. Submit a revised plan to change the layout of the premises adding Number 337 Green Lane to the premises licence.

2. Increase the permitted hours daily for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to be from 00.01 to 00.00 (midnight) daily all week. (Outside of 08.00 to 23.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 22.30 Sunday the sale of alcohol shall be limited to delivery only.)

Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority at the above address by 17th August 2026 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
