Singhkumar Ltd has applied to Lancaster City Council for the variation of a premises licence at 2 New Street, Lancaster LA1 1EG. The applicant proposes to provide late night refreshment and increase the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol until 02:00 hours. The application can be viewed at www.lancaster.gov. uk Representations may be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager,Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe LA4 5AF or by email to licensing@lancaster.gov. uk no later than 12 August 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
