Notice is given that The Liberty Church has applied to The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 At: Mudchute Park and Farm - Isle of Dogs, Pier Street, E14 3HP. The Licensable Activities and Timings are: Live and Recorded Music on Sunday 30th of August from 12:00 – 8:00pm.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ, or by email: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk. Website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk. Tel: 020 7364 5008. Representations must be received no later than 18th of August. The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
