Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to: The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP, no later than 26 August 2026. A copy of the application, and the register kept by the licensing authority, may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is £5,000.
