What is proposed?
Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limitedin respect of Premises known as Wingstop, 15 Petty Cury, Cambridge, CB2 3NE applied to Cambridge City Councilfor a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
To extend the terminal hour for Late Night Refreshment to02:00 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday.
To extend the Opening Hours to allow the premises to closeat 02:15 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentionedapplication must be received in writing by, Commercial& Licensing Team, Environmental Services, CambridgeCity Council, PO Box 700. Cambridge, CB1 0JHor via the online Licensing Register atwww.cambridge.gov.uk/licences no later than 20th August2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Cambridge City Council and the record ofthe application may be inspected at the address of thecouncil, given above, during normal business hours or onthe council’s website - www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a falsestatement in connection with an application. A person isliable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a falsestatement be made.
