I Mandy Eyers Of The Avenue, Poole HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 17 July 2026 under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Drgnfly, 1 Bournemouth Road, Poole, BH14 0EF
PROPOSED VARIATION
Live Music Existing hours Thursday to Saturday: 18:00 to 24:00 Proposed hours Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 to 03:30
Recorded Music Existing hours Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 to 02:00 Proposed hours Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 to 03:30
Late Night Refreshment Existing hours Thursday to Saturday: 23:00 to 01:00 Proposed hours Thursday to Saturday: 23:00 to 03:30
No changes are proposed to any other licensable activities or to the premises opening hours.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 14 August 2026
The application record may be viewed between the hours 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction may be subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale.)
