What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs Trading Limited has
applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of
premises known as the Potters Arms, 129 Station Road,
Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9ED. The variation

proposed is as follows:- To license the outdoor bar high-
lighted on the attached plan for the same hours as currently

permitted by the Premises Licence for the sale of alcohol

and remove the conditions as detailed within the appli-
cation. A copy of the Application can be inspected at

the offices of Mid Sussex District Council Licensing
Authority, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath RH16 1SS,

www.midsussex.gov.uk,

during normal office hours. This
application was lodged with Mid Sussex District Council

Licensing Authority on 20 July 2026 and any represent-
ations must be made in writing to Mid Sussex District

Council Licensing Authority at the above address or

licensing@midsussex.gov.uk

no later than 17 August 2026.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to make a false statement in or in connection with this
application. Those who make a false statement may be
liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
