NOTICE OF VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
Pearce Lacey, Twenty Ten, 16 Dale Road, Matlock DE4 3LT. It is proposed to vary the above premises under the Licensing Act 2003 to: use a purposely modified Area to the rear of the premises to hold up to 50 people outside and to close by 9pm. To have an outside bar area for sales To remove condition 4(b) on the existing licence: Children under the age of fourteen years will only be allowed on to the premises until 9:00 pm in the evening and only into the area hatched blue on the deposited plan. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for consumption in that area. And replace it with the Challenge 25 Scheme.
