NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

To Whom It May Concern:

I, NICHOLAS RUDGE, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at 16 Castle Street, Conwy, LL32 8AY, known as The Nest Conwy.

The application is to permit the supply of alcohol on the premises during the following hours:

Monday to Sunday: 10:00 – 00:00

Christmas Eve: 10:00 – 01:00

Boxing Day: 10:00 – 01:00

New Year's Eve: 10:00 – 01:30

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Colwyn Bay, LL29 0GG not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. There is an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
